Added

• Add cache busting to links. Cache busting ensures browsers get the latest version of the website after the user makes changes. Links generated by Art Menagerie now add a cache busting query like ?v=9PtfcQ to the end of the URL. This is a checksum (CRC32) hash of the build version and the modify time of the item. The browser will fetch the resource rather than use cache whenever there is a changes to the cache busting query. Note: This is NOT used for tracking. • Viewing feeds in the admin page link to posts within the admin page instead of the rendered version of the post. This keeps the user in the admin interface and allows the user to edit the post more easily. f76e9954b8
• Render Rework. Create the concept of items, which are a subset of av, feed, file, img, post, and tag (anything that can be rendered). There is a new item view which replaces the link table that contains the union of all the information needed to generate links on-the-fly instead of storing them. This should allow us to query only the items that are modified when we render based on the modified time. The link table had no concept of modify times, but now we do not need to query the full object from the database to get the modify time.
